The Friends of the Museum of the Resistance in the Department of Haute-Vienne.

Under the Association Law of 1901, The Friends of the Museum of the Resistance in the Department of Haute-Vienne became a legal association on March 25 1987.

The founding President was Lt-Colonel George GUINGOUIN. The present President is Jacques VALERY.

The purpose of association is to make known the history of resistance in Haute-Vienne. Younger generations should be made aware of the realities of war and of the role of their parents to fight for freedom on the ground in the Limousin.

The cost of joining the Friends of the Museum of the Resistance in the Department of Haute-Vienne depends on your status:

Students: 4 Euros

Employed: 8 Euros

Any donations are gratefully accepted by the association.
